This semi-private foodservice event was hosted by Gordon Food Service in collaboration with six Ontario-based farming associations (Egg, Dairy, Grain, Greenhouse Vegetables, Mushroom and Turkey) and the University of Guelph.  Over 100 participants included regional and multi-unit food-service operators from across Canada, who were interested in sourcing and learning about the value of promoting locally grown ingredients on their menus.
